About Us

Living on a lake in north Jersey, I started fishing at a very young age. I fished every chance I got. Fly fishing for trout sparked my interest in making flies. It was a creative art trying to match the insect or nymphs that the fish ate. My Dad, who was into saltwater fishing, took me tuna fishing – an amazing experience that got me into another level of fishing. After years of owning boats, and loving saltwater fishing so much, I studied and received my Captain’s License. Through taking charters out fishing, I learned more and more about what worked and what didn’t.

What I have learned over these many, many years of fishing is that it is an extremely creative sport. Where you fish, the bait you use, the lures you use, the depth of the water, the color and temperature of the water. All this contributes to a successful day of fishing. That and being with family, friends, and nature makes it more special.

All this has led me to create my own line of fishing lures. Like fly tying, I was creative in designing the lures. I carved them and put on skirts in a way that looks like a squid. After successfully fishing with the prototypes, the molds were made in different weights to get to different levels. Being on the water with the porpoises, whales, and nature is so fun. Having family with you is great, and I’m so fortunate that my wife loves fishing too. I hope what we offer on our website helps you enjoy more fish and time on the water!
